Shipping Policy

At Refoty Store we understand that getting your gifts to their recipient quickly is important, so we do our best to process your order as promptly as possible.

 

 

Orders are processed  Monday – Friday

 

If your order is received after 12 noon  it will be processed the following business day.

 

We ship via major carriers to any continental U.S. destination. We are unable to ship to international addresses, outside the continental United States, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Shipping time:

  • Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days for processing time.

  • Please allow up to 5 – 8 business days for delivery  time.

 

Shipping Fee:

Free. We don’t charge shipping fee. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking

Shipping Method: UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx First Overnight

 

Item Not Received:

If you don’t receive the product in the estimated time, contact the carrier and if the issue continues then feel free to contact us at  Contact@refoty.com

Please note when ordering multileg products, items may ship separate. Individual tracking numbers will be provided.
